AcnmiGlobal Solutions LLC, Team Approach,, We  have put together teams of professionals for all our projects, those teams have the experience and knowledge to complete all projects in a timely manner and within the determined budget. Past Performance and Experiences


AcnmiGlobal Solutions LLC,  and it’s team members, have completed a number of construction related alterations, and renovations by, AWO’s (Assigned work orders), and not to mention, commercial design-build and tenant design-bid-build of general mid-tier construction, construction renovations, maintenances, repairs, alterations and remodeling of real property that have similarities to our company’s narrative.  We are currently involved with projects for the 651st Engineering Battalion, this is an multi - year contractual obligation. Our company also provides facility maintenance services to the 88th formally the 96th RRC and the VA Fisher House and A1 Move Center.  AGS’s role in the (A1 Move Center), in this particular project are the evaluation/design/replacement of the existing facility’s entire fire enunciator systems. We are adding ADA additions to various buildings (Buckley AFB), Emergency electrical services (651st), and at the 88th RRC, Level 2 anti-terrorist evaluation, alterations and remodeling of real property that have made significant improvements to the military’s infrastructures.

We have mapped out and completed a video assessment of the as built conditions that have consisted of over 123,500 square feet of fire and city code violations. We are currently providing the military with detailed reports of facility reviews and electrical engineering specs, including recommendations for maintenance, repair, and/or replacement. The next phase of some of our projects will be to design and manage the construction of the renovation, repair, and/or replacement based on the course of actions 96th RRC, 244th, and the 651st, chooses to proceed with. The Veterans Administration’s Fisher House is an current performance based contract to supply “Contracted” Management  and Maintenance for the buildings HVAC system, AGS sub contracts all provided labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, project supervision, that’s necessary to maintain the government owned HVAC units, located at the VA Fisher House, in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions and schedule of the contract. (contract # v259P0203).  The modified SF 330 form included with this narrative includes additional relevant work we have completed.

The following is a brief overview of THE TEAM’s design approach:

Site Survey/Field Study


We will first complete a survey and or field study that will include horizontal and vertical controls.  We want to determine the location, sizes and features of all proposed projects. The surveys will also determine exterior principles, such as rim elevations; inverts of pipes, inlets and outlets.  Building corners will also be surveyed for reference.

Assigned Work Order (AWO) Plan Map

We will process and survey all data and compile to a detailed plan map.  The site and or project map will included approx, lengths, sizes, conditions and directions.  It will show design locations with possible conflicts.

Video Inspection/Analysis


Next, we will do a video inspection to assess the current conditions of any and all proposed projects. Then with “feet on the ground” our contractors and subs will walk “flush” or walk another scope, to be on the lookout for prior issues and or problems that may have been missed and or skipped in the primary inspection. We will review the video footage and evaluate the condition of the proposed projects.

Evaluation Report

AcnmiGlobal Solutions LLC, will then make available to the project owner and or contracting official an evaluation report which will include recommendations for continued maintenance, repairs and/or replacements.  For example, we will identify critical areas in the proposed project that need immediate attention.  We will provide cost effective approaches for restoring problem areas within the system.

Renovations, Alterations Design and Implementation

Based on the findings of evaluations our teams will meet with the project owners and or contracting officials to discuss with the best course of actions to proceed with designs and or Implementation to remedy for repair areas, for AWO, and or task orders with the highest priority while staying within the designated budget.  We will prepare a detailed cost estimate and maintenance time schedule to submit

Cost Control

Our project management teams provides for the monitoring of contract costs.  We will be utilizing the reporting processes such as QuickBooks output and Excel spreadsheet systems matrix to ensure an oversight mechanism for every phase of the project from start to completion or design through construction. Monitoring Implementation, design and maintenance costs on any project is a critical element of our services.  From initial project inception, the Team will be proactive about monitoring Implementation, design and maintenance costs.  We have specific experience in the actual construction bidding and management of construction projects.  In our process we will first prepare a conceptual costs estimate with an appropriate contingency to get a sense of cost at the earliest stage of Implementation, design and maintenance.  If the conceptual costs exceed the budget, we will discuss with this with the contracting officials and or project owners, and make recommendations for cost saving measures and possible reduction in project scope that will bring the Implementation, design and maintenance costs in conformance with the budget.  The same costs analysis will be conducted at the preliminary submittal and refined after post preliminary design comments have been incorporated.  Following the final stage of Implementation, design and maintenance, we will refine the costs estimate as needed to account for any unforeseen changes that might occur between the preliminary and final Implementation, design and maintenance.

Estimating Effectiveness

Our team has experience in estimating construction projects, both in Colorado and Wyoming.  The work ranges from infrastructure reconstruction to building remodels.  Our experience comes from our concurrent construction management backgrounds.  In addition to our management and engineering experience, our team manages and performs Implementation, design and maintenance contracting work throughout the Front Range.  This current experience provides us direct contact with the cost of materials and labor today.  This contact enhances our ability to provide more accurate estimates of costs for Implementation of Ancillary renovations, alterations, design and maintenance of real property.

Schedule Control

A well thought out and realistic schedule is crucial for the successful performance of the project.  We will develop a detailed schedule for the project. The project schedule will be monitored using the following procedures:

  • Establish milestone dates
  • Monitor milestone dates for interim submittals or exchange of information among the project team.
  • Monitor progress to ensure that milestone dates are met.  Anticipate delay effects on milestone event completion.  Take immediate action if there is a sign of delay.  Identify the problem and determine whether the situation can be remedied without affecting the overall project timeframe.  Additional resources or rescheduling may be necessary.
  • Notify the Contracting Officials and or Project Owners immediately of any signs of schedule delays, impacts and proposed corrective action.


AcnmiGlobal Solutions LLC., performance consists of Quality control, Quality Assurance, and onsite Safety, and Engineering management services, which includes , inspections, meetings, reviews and etc, on all projects.  This includes but is not limited to, roofing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roadwork, paving, painting, masonry, fencing, wood and steel stud framing, concrete, block & brick, siding, window, door and door hardware installation, shingling, metal work, painting, drywall, non-structural and structural demolition, mechanical/electrical installations and other possible miscellaneous types of transportation that will include but is not limited to, work (i.e. hauling).

Our teams have worked on a variety of projects.  These projects have included both design and construction of new projects as well as restorations of existing building and etc.  We have been involved with variety of projects involving commercial, business residential, and government developments.  AcnmiGlobal Solutions LLC team members have the experience to evaluate the condition(s) of existing issues and problems and do a systematic analysis. As mentioned previously, our team members have completed the evaluations of the Cheyenne VA Hospital storm drainage system and additionally the Cheyenne USARC. AcnmiGlobal Solutions LLC, team members has been involved with the restoration of the existing storm drainage system at Buckley AFB, Colorado.  We have the experience to complete capacity calculations of storm drainage systems. We utilize the latest hydraulic software available to assist us with our evaluations Implementation, design and maintenance knowledge, experience, skills, and manpower to provide the Facilities Maintenances and Implementation of Ancillary renovations, alterations, maintenance management services for a number of our Government and commercial clients throughout Colorado and Wyoming.
